 1. Agreement

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("User" or "you"), and Salus Eyewear Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Jersey, Channel Islands ("Salus", "we", "us", or "our").

1.2. By accessing or using the Salus Eyewear Limited website (the "Website"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Website Content

2.1. Salus offers for purchase a variety of safety eyewear products ("Products") through the Website.

2.2. We endeavor to provide accurate descriptions and specifications for the Products. However, there may be slight variations between the descriptions and the actual Products.

2.3. The Website and its content, including all trademarks, copyrights, designs, patents, and other intellectual property rights (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), are the sole property of Salus or its licensors. 3. Order Acceptance and Payment

3.1. Orders placed through the Website are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time for any reason.

3.2. You agree to pay for the Products at the time you place your order. We accept payment by BACS, Debit Card, Credit Card & online payments.

3.3. All prices listed on the Website are exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties. These will be added at checkout.

4. Delivery and Risk of Loss

4.1. We will deliver the Products to the address specified in your order.

4.2. Delivery timescales are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and product availability.

4.3. Risk of loss for the Products passes to you upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier.

4.4. We will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as customs delays or postal strikes.

5. Cancellations and Returns

5.1. You may cancel your order at any time before the Products are shipped by contacting us.

5.2. You may return any unwanted Products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

5.3. You will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted Products.

5.4. We will process your refund for the returned Products within 14 days of receiving them, excluding any original shipping costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by jersey law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, relating to the products and the website.

6.2. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the products or the website.

6.3. Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the products.

You have the right to access and correct your personal data at any time.

10. Entire Agreement and Severability

10.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Salus regarding your use of the Website and the purchase of Products.

10.2. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
