Salus Eyewear takes great care in ensuring all our products are of a superior quality but if for any reason you are not happy with the product you have received we will be more than happy to receive the returned item in the same re-saleable condition. 

You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return all or part of it.

All returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the “Return Item Form”. Products that are damaged or have been worn cannot be accepted for return.

After notifying us, please ensure that the items are returned to us within 14 days of initiating the return process by emailing us at returns@saluseyewear.com.

How to Return a Product:

Send us an email at sales@saluseyewear.com.

Within 3 working days you will receive an email containing a “Return Item Form” which you will need to complete and return.

Prepare your return package along with the complete “Return Item Form”.

• Ensure that the returned items are in a new, unused condition and in their original packaging. 

• Seal the package securely and take it to your nearest post office to send (we advise shipping as registered shipment).

Please note that if you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the return costs. A fixed amount of £5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return and transportation costs of the Product.
