With over 16 years of experience within the construction industry, he has worked across both residential and commercial sectors, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his roles. Brad's background in construction informs his innovative approach to eyewear, ensuring both style and functionality in every design.
Jonny is a Co-founder and Director of Salus Eyewear, bringing over 10 years of expertise in marketing. As a marketing specialist, Jonny has successfully managed and grown his own business, leveraging his deep knowledge and innovative strategies to drive Salus Eyewear's brand and market presence. His passion for marketing and commitment to excellence are the cornerstones of Salus Eyewear's success.
Tom is a Chartered health and safety consultant with nearly 15 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has consistently faced challenges getting site operatives to wear PPE, particularly eye protection. The main issues are the discomfort of safety glasses and the dislike for their appearance. Given these challenges, Salus Eyewear presented a perfect opportunity for him to get involved.
